The Head Office is now looking for a standalone HR Manager to join their team of around 70 staff members.
The role would report in to the CEO and MD of the business, providing generalist HR support including: • Coaching and guiding managers to achieve the best through and for their people • Developing an effective recruitment strategy • Arranging training and identify opportunities for internal staff to be developed • Managing HR projects • Reviewing and developing staff contracts as well as all HR policies, procedures and manuals (with outsourced support) • All administration tasks associated with the HR function • Fostering a positive, collaborative and successful culture The ideal person for this opportunity is experienced as well as open minded and innovative in their approach.
