If you're ready to make a significant impact and be part of our transformative journey, Maropost is the place for you.Become a part of Maropost today and help shape the future of commerce!Reporting to the Global Director-People & Culture, the Human Resources Business Partner – ANZ will be responsible for:Promoting our brand and leading various HR activities including HR operations and initiatives, strategic planning, as well as managing and executing various processes tied to all areas of the Employee Experience.Working with the Global Director of P&C to ensure alignment of People and Culture objectives.Executing the attraction and retention strategy to align with the company high growth plans.Reviewing all existing HR programs and workflow to ensure effectiveness.Ensuring all programs in place are in adherence to legal and regulatory standards.Overseeing, coaching, and partnering with local leaders and team members on various employee engagement initiatives.Planning and preparing communication material related to HR programs, initiatives, and requirements.Implementing change management initiatives as required.Coaching local managers on employee relations, employment law interpretation, complaints, investigations, risk reduction, and response management.Reviewing and recommending leadership development needs with management and the HR team.Handling sensitive areas of conflict resolution.Executing the annual performance review and career development process with management.Managing adhoc office responsibilities.What You Will Bring:A minimum of 2-5 years' HRBP experience.Proven success in leading and coaching business leaders.Experience with a high-volume growth organization.Strong written and verbal communication skills; highly responsive.Experience building relationships by partnering with management on various HR initiatives.Exposure to or experience with a global organization is a plus.Ability to support leaders in different time-zones (at times calls or meetings may be held outside of standard working hours).Maropost is deeply committed to promoting diversity, advancing equity, and fostering a culture of inclusion.
