We support children and adults with disabilities across South East Queensland and Toowoomba to live a more fulfilling life. As we expand our services into the aged care sector, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team.
Our core values: Accountability, Respect, Transparency About the Role: The HR Business Partner will play a critical role in shaping the future of our diverse group.  As a key member of the leadership team, the successful applicant will be as seasoned HR professional who is able to thrive in a fast past environment.  This position isn't just about providing contemporary HR advice and solutions to support the strategic and operational goals of the organisations, it's about working with the team that support our growth through a curious mindset.  In this role you'll drive strategic initiatives and be hands on with their implementation. 
Key Responsibilities: Strategic HR : Collaborate with leaders to develop and deliver HR strategies that align with business growth, including organisational design, workforce planning, talent management and change initiatives.  Talent and Onboarding: Oversee recruitment to ensure we attract, onboard and retain high performing talentLearning and Development: Create and deliver programs to maintain and enhance employee skills and support their development.HR Operations: Ensure the effective and efficient delivery of HR services, including policy review and implementation including maintaining compliance obligations.Employee Relations:  Work in collaboration with leaders and employees on all HR employment matters including performance, resolutions and engagement.Skills and Experience: Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience: Proven experience as a HR Business Partner or similar role within a service provider industry.Industry Knowledge: Experience in the disability and/or aged care sector is highly desirable.About you: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to lead in a change in a growing company.  Someone who values and enjoys working in collaboration with a hands on leadership team.  Send your resume and a cover letter outlining your experience and why you're the perfect fit for this role.
