We are seeking an experienced high performing Human Resource Advisor to provide specialist advice on operational human resource management matters that aligns with legislative and departmental requirements.
You will play a key role in the Human Resource team in delivering a range of contemporary human resource management advice and services to staff and senior management across the Corporate Division of TMR.

As a Human Resource Advisor, you'll serve as an integral part of the Corporate Services Hub, providing HR guidance to stakeholders and colleagues. Your expertise will span across all human resource functions, making you pivotal in fostering positive and effective workplace outcomes. By embracing a people-centric attitude and partnering closely with management, your role will enable the development and application of forward-thinking HR strategies to meet organisational needs.
Our Ideal Candidate: Experience in providing expert HR advice and guidance on a range of employee matters (we're talking everything from recruitment to employee relations) Knowledge of relevant legislation, enterprise agreements, awards, policies and practices, in relation to contemporary human resource practice. Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders to collaboratively deliver customer-focused outcomes. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to a respectful, supportive work environment that promotes continuous improvement. What's in it for you?
