Key Responsibilities:
As an HSEQ Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
Providing HSEQ advice to the project teamContributing to the development of HSEQ projects and plansEnsuring the implementation of HSEQ processes to meet legislative, client, and Mastermyne requirementsFacilitating proactive incident and risk management processesProviding exemplary assistance to injured worker/sProviding high-level advice on best practices to continually improve HSEQ performanceSkills & Experience:
To be considered for this role, you will need:
A tertiary qualification in Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental Management/Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (preferred)Rehabilitation and Return to Work Coordinator certification (preferred)Minimum of two years' experience in a HSEQ Management/Coordinator roleIn-depth understanding of Qld Coal Mining HSEQ legislationUnderground Coal Mining Industry experience (preferred)Strong understanding of HSEQ legislation and standardsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsDrive to continuously improve the Health and Safety of all people onsiteWhy Mastermyne?
