They believe that investing in their team is an investment in the community itself.Due to recent project successes and ongoing growth, we're recruiting for an HSEQ Advisor to take charge of health, safety, environment, and quality across their projects.The Role:As HSEQ Advisor, you'll report directly to the HSEQ Manager, overseeing several projects and driving HSEQ initiatives with a hands-on approach. You'll lead, refine, and implement critical procedures to ensure top industry standards are met across quality and safety. In this role, you'll benefit from the support and mentorship of an experienced leadership team dedicated to helping you succeed.Key Responsibilities:Ensuring site safety, environmental standards, and quality compliance.Conducting risk assessments, site inspections, and hazard mitigation.Investigating incidents, reporting findings, and advising on safety improvements.Verifying equipment safety and staff adherence to protocols.Developing policies and training staff on best practices.Skills & Experience Required:Cert IV WHS (minimum)Cert IV in Training and Assessing.ICAM investigation and internal auditing experience.Previous construction experience essential; civil and commercial project exposure is a plus.Strong knowledge of Queensland safety laws.Effective communication, organisation, and time management skills.Above all, a genuine, motivated individual who wants to contribute to a positive workplace.Why This Opportunity?Competitive salary package offered – experience driven.Excellent and proven leadership team who will mentor and support.Great working culture with strong values and work-life balance.Permanent Role within a growing & culture-driven company.What's Next?Looking to make a lasting impact in an environment that truly values your contributions?
