About the position Reporting to the WHS Manager, this role adds value by enabling Health, Safety and Environment (HSE), creating foresight about the changing shape of risk and facilitating action before people are harmed.
Support line management to implement and improve safety and environmental processes and practices that meet organisational HSE objectives.
Provide timely and accurate subject matter guidance on HSE opportunities and challenges and work with the project team, client, and contractors for timely and effective implementation and enforcement of safe systems of work.
Report as required (daily, weekly, monthly) on Projects and Services HSE performance and monitor and maintain project HSE files and data within Fluence's document management systems (DMS).
This position provides support to leadership and oversight for project operations and will coordinate with client, contractor, and Fluence Asia Pacific (APAC) HSE&Q teams as necessary.
This position will be site-based and will require some travel within Victoria.

)Monitor and report on injured workers' status and develop return to work plans as necessaryAs directed by Project Manager or Functional ManagerQualifications +5 years in energy sector in HSE advisory roles or complimentary sectors (industrial, civil, oil and gas, manufacturing)+2 years in HSE advisory role within renewable sector (project based) desirableHighly proficient in Microsoft Suite and database managementHighly proficient investigative skillset with proven experience in using causation investigation modelsGood communication, report writing, presentation, and stakeholder management skillsetGood analytical skillsetLead auditor (9001, 45001/4801, 14001 management systems) highly desirableComprehensive knowledge of OHS/WHS, E legislations within area of accountabilityWhy join Fluence?
