About the opportunity As part of the HSE team, you will be based onsite on a 3/1 roster (Fly out from any major city on the East Coast).
They have a solid 4-year pipeline of projects.
The successful candidate will possess a strong safety presence on site and believe in a hands-on approach to safety and being available to everyone for support and issues.
HSE Manager is responsible for liaising directly with the client and working with the project manager, delivering safety advice and training onsite, reporting, and overseeing the HSE admin & advisor in their team, and using Hammertech software for onsite safety reporting.
HSE Advisor is responsible for reporting into the manager and is responsible for site investigations, reporting, working with subcontractors on site, ensuring everyone is following safety standards, helping with training and site inductions, and work permits.
Assisting the team where needed.
