This role is a Permanent full-time position for upcoming projects based in the Perth Metro area.
You will be responsible for:
Minimise occupational risks and ensure compliance with H&S legislation and Ertech standards.Coach and provide guidance to all personnel in relation to HSE training, corrective actions, issues, and successes.Empower site Supervisors to manage health and safety.Conduct incident investigations and strive for continuous process improvements.ABOUT YOU You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:
Tertiary qualification in Occupational Health and Safety highly desirableCert IV in Training and Assessing or Leadership and Development a plus.5+ years HSE Advisory experience (Civil Infrastructure/Construction)Proficiency with MS Office and MS ProjectGeneralist HSE skills, including incident investigation (iCAM) and Lead Auditing capabilityOUR CULTURE At Ertech, our people are fundamental to our success.
