Our opportunity We are seeking a HSE Advisor to join our high performing team delivering 55 Pitt Street. This opportunity would suit someone looking to grow and develop a career in HSE and with Mirvac.
With frontages to Pitt, Underwood and Dalley Streets, 55 Pitt Street will deliver a landmark Sydney tower offering 70,000sqm* of premium commercial and activated retail space as part of a vibrant new destination that will contribute towards the revitalisation of the iconic Circular Quay precinct.
As HSE Advisor , you will be responsible for assisting the Workplace Manager in day to day implementation and maintenance of the organisation's HSE Management System and the Workplace Risk Management Plan. This is to ensure compliance with legislation, regulations and codes of practice, and Mirvac Group HSE objectives and targets. Your role will see you assist in reviews, risk assessment, reporting, scheduling of HSE activities, managing investigations and incidents, documentation governance, inspections, audits, and identifying and managing environmental risk work activities.
Your point of difference Formal qualifications in a Health, Safety and Environment discipline or similar Experienced in a similar role on large building construction projects in a tier 1-2 developer builder or main contractor environment Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills with the ability to drive HSE processes and procedures onsite, fostering a safety culture aligned to Mirvac's Values Passionate about delivering customer focused quality, leaving a positive legacy in the communities in which you operate All of these attributes are preferred, if you think you may be the right fit for the role please still apply.
