About the role The HR Services team is responsible for the provision of HR support services to the GFG Australia business and HR teams to ensure effective and efficient management of people information and employee lifecycle processes.
The HR Services Administration Officer will be responsible for providing support and guidance to employees and business leaders on HR Shared Service administrative tasks.
Additionally, they will actively contribute to the execution of our overall Human Resources strategy.
The HR Services Administration Officer contributes in the following key HR activities but not limited to:
Supporting the administration of the cyclical HR processes as required.
Support internal HR teams, payroll, reward, systems and recruitment to address employee queries or redirect as required.
Responsible for maintaining employment arrangements through ongoing reviews of employment arrangements and ensuring employee working rights are valid.
Supporting HRIS audits, monthly data integrity checks, maintaining & updating process documents ensuring data integrity supporting accurate HR data analysis.
Participating in cross-functional initiatives, HR and business-related projects as required on an ongoing basis.
You are a highly motivated & resourceful team player with a can-do attitude, are dependable and reliable, with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Qualifications and experience:
Strong verbal, written and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Demonstrated administrative experience.
Ability to prioritise daily tasks.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with staff across all levels of the business.
Able to provide and receive instruction from other team members.
Proactive and takes initiative in seeing tasks to completion.
Ability to work with highly confidential and sensitive information.
