The Opportunity: The HR Recruitment Consultant will manage end-to-end recruitment process including recruitment, screening, selection and onboarding. They will have experience in business partnering with senior stakeholders/hiring managers. They will source candidates for roles using different channels. They will foster relationships with a pool of qualified talent for future positions. They will create recruitment metrics for the business and contribute to projects as required.
Key Accountabilities: Co-ordinate and work with retail, warehouse and support roles hiring managers to facilitate end-to-end recruitment including revision of job descriptions, advertising, candidate application management, tracking, selection and on-boardingPreparation and coordination of employment contracts and employment-related documentation for new and current employeesCoordinate induction programs to ensure they effective and implemented to the highest standardAdvise managers of current probation periods and co-ordinate business requirements for termination of employment Provide advice to staff and managers regarding HR policies, procedures, guidelines and documentationMaintain a reconciliation process between people system and payroll to ensure accuracy of dataSkills Required: 2 years' experience in a recruitment role or similar type of roleEnd-to-end recruitment experienceSystem experience such as Workday or similar Strong organizational skills and attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft OfficeExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentKnowledge of retail industry is highly desirableTertiary qualifications in business studies or equivalent Why choose Fiskars Australia?
