What you'll do: Develop, implement, update, monitor, manage and communicate key project management artefacts.Perform designated project activities according to agreed project schedules.Coordinate across the HR Division to ensure leaders and team members are engaged and supported.Prioritise, allocate and coordinate project activities and identified action areas.Monitor the expenditure of project budgets and prepare necessary summaries and correspondence.Ensure change management activities are included in the project delivery.What you bring: Proven ability to drive and coordinate complex projects using a collaborative approach.Extensive experience coordinating multiple concurrent projects in the HR space.Excellent stakeholder engagement, interpersonal and communication skills.Highly developed time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks with conflicting priorities.Well-developed ability to structure and lead meetings, develop materials for reporting.Ability to support change management activities through projects.What sets this company apart: Our client is committed to promoting respect, equity, diversity, and inclusion across all aspects of their business.
