A newly created role to support for our upcoming growth to have the best workplace for people to work at, being a HR and practice manager you will have autonomous remits of administration/processes oversight, marketing/recruitment campaigns and employee experience.
It's 830am on any given weekday in 2 years' time you're tracking on flightradar24 and very proud that because of the team's collective effort, you have helped grow this to over 30 flights will be in the air on any given day, with over 350 pilots and clinicians whom you have met every single one of them because you have landed them their dream jobs, and automated our processes to a point where we have 110% efficiency!
Our clients have never had access to high quality allied health, or have been sitting on waitlists for 4+ years; you're changing their lives.
You are an ambitious HR/adminstrator looking to utilise your existing people, a keen eye for efficiency skills, and process skills in a hyper growth startup environment in an internal organisation capacity. Having a team of over 100 clinicians delivering health services to regional and rural Australia now, we have ambitious goals to grow in the next 2 years.
Working and reporting directly with the CEO, our newly created role will help fly2health hire the best people in the industry, full of altruism, passion and energy across the country, as well as building up our marketing and overseeing our process/automation/admin strategies.

Work across multiple HR (including recruitment and employee experience) and marketing remitsResponsible for leading an admin team, finding ways to improve efficiencies via processes, administration and automations.Responsible for HR recruitment, onboarding and off boarding functions of the organisationResponsible for hiring and retention performance and generating relevant reports to present to head of states. Developing marketing campaigns to increase brand presence and staff attractionAssist with human resources functions, including onboarding, hiring, offboarding and dispute resolution Immediate start
Salary: $70,000-90,000 + super
