As an HR People Partner, you'll drive key HR initiatives, ensuring alignment with both immediate and long-term business goals. Your work will span: Support the delivery of HR strategies tailored to business objectives. Gain in-depth proficiency in Workday, handling transactions related to learning and development and performance management. Provide hands-on support in employee relations, case management, and disciplinary matters, offering guidance on policies, performance, investigations, and compensation. Advise on industrial instruments, Australian employment law, and Modern Awards; escalate complex issues when needed. Manage the employee lifecycle comprehensively, including transactional HR tasks. Regularly visit key Brisbane or Sydney sites to maintain a strong presence. To be successful in this role, you will have: At least 3+ years in a senior HR advisory or business partner role, with 5+ years in a similar industry and a focus on HR operations and business partnering. Strong understanding of Australian employment law, Modern Awards, HRIS systems, and proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related field. You can confidently demonstrate your: Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with competing priorities. Initiative and Drive, showing proactive problem-solving and independent decision-making. Business Insights prowess, building your understanding of key business metrics to provide valuable HR insights and recommendations to leaders.
