The Role: Our client is seeking a proactive and dynamic HR Business Partner to join their team. This role will involve a blend of core HR functions, alongside the opportunity to implement process improvements and drive key initiatives that enhance organizational performance and culture.
Key Responsibilities: Acting as the primary point of first contact for HR matters.Assisting with transforming the HR function by documenting existing processes/procedures and providing recommendations for improvement.About You: Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor in a diverse business environment.Strong knowledge of HR policies and practices, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver timely results across a wide range of responsibilities.Skilled in building strong, productive relationships with stakeholders, using a calm and practical approach.Collaborative team player with a down-to-earth, approachable working style.Committed to contributing to a high-performance team culture.This is a permanent position paying circa $160k - $180k Package (depending on experience). Onsite parking and WFH are both available after probation. Office is based south of Brisbane.
