HR Partner
We are searching for a HR Partner at our Bankstown facility to join our close-knit People and Culture team. This is a true Generalist role with broad exposure to all facets of Human Resources Management and the Employee lifecycle. To be successful in this role you will be a motivated individual keen to develop your skills in a dynamic role, and you will thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
Snapshot of the role:
Build positive relationships with leaders to ensure proactive, effective and compliant people management practices across all facets of HR.
Develop and drive diversity, inclusiveness and employer of choice initiatives to ensure the business has a strong talent basis and pipeline.
Improve business outcomes by analysis of data, identification of trends and accurate reporting across all areas of HR.
Hands-on role, with complete ownership of strategic projects to support the achievement of Quickstep's strategy.
Drive proactive talent acquisition and workforce planning strategies to ensure we have the right talent, at the right time.
Coach managers to prioritise employees and value processes such as performance appraisal, employee development and engagement.What we are looking for:
You will play a critical role in shaping our company culture, supporting employee development, and aligning HR practices with business goals. You will also be a strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills, and proven experience partnering with stakeholders across the organisation.
Our ideal candidate will have:
Formal qualifications in Human Resources or related qualification
3-5 years' experience in a challenging generalist Human Resources role
Previous blue-collar workforce experience highly regarded
