Job description: As a member of the Job Design team, the HR Officer - Job Design undertakes research, analysis, investigation, and evaluation to support stakeholders across the Department of Health regarding:
Establishment management policy, guidelines, and processes. Job reviews and classification. Systems support and reporting.
