HEAD CHEF ROLE Iron Creek Bay is seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef or Sous Chef to join our team. If you are passionate about creating exceptional culinary experiences, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. Develop and execute creative and innovative menus that align with our restaurant's concept and vision. Train, mentor, and lead a team of culinary professionals, inspiring them to deliver excellence in every dish. Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency. Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to optimize kitchen efficiency. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment. Requirements: Previous experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a reputable establishment. Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, flavor profiles, and food safety standards. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Creativity and a passion for culinary innovation. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
