What you can expect in a day in this role: As a casual Commis Chef, you will prepare a range of different cuisines using Tasmania's finest produce and freshest local ingredients with direction from our diverse and skilled chefs.
You will have opportunities to cross-skill in different kitchens from our upmarket bistro to fine dining in the iconic Point Revolving Restaurant.
What you will bring to the role: At least 1 years' experience in a similar environment,Genuine passion for working with Tasmanian produce,Desire to create exceptional customer experience,Motivated and driven team player, andFlexibility to work across various shifts including weekends and public holidays.An appointee to this role may be subject to pre-employment and ongoing screening checks.
