The Role The purpose of this role is to deliver proactive and comprehensive HR support to management and employees across the organisation.
Working under the guidance of the Manager, People, Culture, and Safety, you will partner with Directors, Managers, and staff, providing hands-on support throughout the entire employee life cycle—from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding.
With an operational focus, you will play a key role in offering high-quality advice on a wide range of HR matters, including recruitment, compensation, performance management, and employee development, ensuring a positive and productive workplace for all.

What We're Looking For: A qualification in Human Resource Management or equivalent experience in an HR/IR environment.
In-depth knowledge of certified agreements, awards, legislation, and policies, along with experience interpreting and applying them.
Proven ability to provide strategic HR advice to both internal and external stakeholders across a variety of HR/IR matters.
Strong, hands-on experience in people management, with a track record of success in supporting and delivering to a multi-disciplinary workforce.
Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to connect effectively with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
