Main duties include: Work closely with retail leadership teams to comprehend business objectives and align HR strategies to effectively support them.Offer coaching and advice to stakeholders on various HR activities, including performance management, succession planning, professional development, change management, talent management, and team engagement.Oversee the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring they align with best practices.Offer general employee relations advice to stakeholders and manage employee relations issues and investigations as they arise.Manage recruitment activities and work closely with line departments to identify and execute any recruitment needs.Work with key stakeholders to identify what needs to improve and attract new talent.Deliver, communicate and advise on driving the people plan in line with the company values.Skills and Experience: Previous experience in a HR Generalist role, gained within a fast-paced industry.Exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver effective HR strategies.Proven ability to influence and build strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.Degree qualification with experience in a fast-paced retail environment (preferred but not essential).Click apply now or for additional information, contact Denise Harmer at ******.
