We are seeking an experienced and passionate HR Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in managing all aspects of HR within our growing organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
As the HR Manager, you will work closely with the Director to ensure the seamless operation of all HR functions.
Your responsibilities will include:
Recruitment and Onboarding:Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including job advertising, candidate screening, interviews, and reference checks.Developing and implementing effective onboarding programs to ensure new employees are set up for success.Compliance and Policies:Ensuring all HR practices align with NDIS standards, relevant legislation, and organisational policies.Developing, reviewing, and updating policies and procedures to maintain compliance and reflect best practices.Supporting audits and maintaining accurate records in line with NDIS requirements.Employee Relations:Providing guidance and support to employees on HR-related issues, including performance management, workplace conflict, and professional development.Fostering a positive workplace culture that aligns with our values and mission.Training and Development:Identifying training needs and coordinating professional development programs to enhance staff capabilities.Monitoring training compliance to ensure employees meet the required qualifications and certifications.HR Operations:Managing payroll and employee records in collaboration with the finance team.Overseeing staff performance reviews and implementing improvement plans as required.Contributing to workforce planning and succession strategies to support organisational growth.Requirements: 2-3 years of HR experience, preferably within the NDIS or allied health sector.Solid understanding of NDIS compliance, guidelines, and processes.Proven ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships across the organisation.Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Benefits: Be part of a purpose-driven organisation that makes a meaningful difference in the community.Work in a collaborative and supportive environment alongside a passionate leadership team.Opportunities for professional development and career growth.How to Apply:
