Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, you will lead and manage the people agenda for specified teams in the Sydney office and play the role of trusted advisor, who understands the business and its priorities and builds strong relationships which provide both support and challenge.
You will implement and drive a number of HR initiatives to increase engagement and people capability. This role touches on all aspects of people practice and is a broad generalist role that includes talent, reward, employee relations, engagement, mobility, performance management, and capability.
Whilst you will be supported by a small team, you will also work closely with HR centres of expertise of both a local and global nature.
To be successful for this role, you will bring : Previous experience and exposure working within a dynamic corporate environment in a broad HR Manager role.The ability to work autonomously at times, be decisive, make commercial decisions and influence senior leaders.Demonstrated experience leading a small team.Superior consulting skills with the ability to see strategy through to execution.Commercial thinking & acumen.Exceptional stakeholder management / relationship-building skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities to achieve business objectives.Impact & presence - able to make a positive impact that brings respect and credibility across all levels of the business.Tertiary qualification in HR or related discipline.If you are confident your experience matches the criteria above, please contact Kate Henderson on quoting reference number 3855160 or apply online.
