Performance Framework: Collaborate across the business to implement a performance framework HR Administration Compliance and Advisory: Ensure compliance with Australian employment law, manage employee-related issues, and advise managers on a broad range of workplace matters.
Talent Development: Oversee career development and talent management initiatives.
Policy Implementation: Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and systems.
Experience and Qualifications; Degree in Human Resources or equivalent of years of experience Ideally experience implementing HR systems and processes Minimum of 5 years in general HR advisory and transactional activities Excellent communication skills with ability to work across all levels of stakeholders Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
