Reporting to the CEO, this pivotal role will work in partnership with the leadership team and broader workforce, from frontline manufacturing and logistics staff to the corporate team, to shape human resources and ensure a highly engaged, adaptable workforce that drives productivity and efficiency.As a key HR leader, this position will assist in building foundational HR frameworks that define the business.
