About the role: We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Generalist with experience in disability, hospital, or aged care sectors.
In this role, you'll work closely with the HR Manager and Operational Leadership Team, supporting a wide range of people and culture matters.
You'll lead projects, mentor others, and provide guidance on performance, development and industrial relations.
Additionally, you'll manage workers' compensation and help implement the HR strategy across the business.
