Hr Coordinator

The Situation: We are currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented HR Coordinator for a 12-month fixed-term position with our client in the manufacturing industry.
Your Typical Day: Timecard Management Recruitment activities (including co-ordination of advertising, shortlisting, interviews, appointments, aptitude testing, reference checks, clothing issues, document compliance etc) Site based P&C functions for example; school engagement, employee query resolution.
HR Administration - drafting & issuing contracts, employee filing About You: 2 plus year HR or recruitment experience  HR Qualification Desirable  What's on Offer: A 12-month fixed-term contract based in Townsville, within the manufacturing industry.
