Your new company is a Medical Research company located in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney.

Your new role


As a HR Coordinator you will provide support to the HR team.


Your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to: Issuing employment contracts Managing the HR inbox, escalating matters accordingly, and answering staff queries via the ticketing system Co-ordinating the onboarding process with candidates and employees Maintaining accurate data in the iCHRIS HRIS Liaising with payroll on new employees, changes to employment conditions and employee terminations Providing recruitment support, advertising positions on the website or the different portals, supporting hiring managers with the process and potentially participating on interview panels Preparation of reports What you'll need to succeed Solid experience in a similar role providing support to the HR team

Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels, including medical and clinical staff

Ability to solve, work independently and prioritise tasks

As this position might become permanent in the new year, candidates will only be considered if they have unrestricted working rights.

Salary $75,000 + Super equivalent + benefits
