We are seeking a highly organized and efficient HR Coordinator to join our team. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions and providing support to the HR department. ResponsibilitiesAssist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviewsCoordinate new hire onboarding and orientation sessionsMaintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRISProcess payroll and ensure accurate and timely paymentAssist in the implementation of HR policies and proceduresHandle employee inquiries and provide general administrative support to the HR departmentCoordinate training and development initiatives, including scheduling training sessions and tracking employee participationRequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field1-2 years of experience in a similar HR roleSolid understanding of HR principles and practicesProficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPointStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsDetail-oriented with a high level of accuracyAbility to handle confidential information discreetly and maintain data integrityKnowledge of HRIS systems is a plusStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
