The Role: The HR Coordinator will serve as the first level of HR advisory for Redland Head Office providing advice, support and guidance on HR-related matters to all employees, including addressing inquires and assistance with HR policies, procedures, and programs.
This exciting and dynamic role is responsible for coordinating key HR activities across assets supporting the Group Manager People to implement contemporary HR policies, processes, programs and systems designed to drive employee engagement and improve business performance.
Primary responsibilities: Recruitment & Selection: Deliver efficient, consistent talent management solutions by supporting and leading Hiring Managers throughout Redland's recruitment and selection journeyCoordinate and manage the recruitment and selection processUphold a high level of care and contact to all potential Redland candidates and actively contribute to a culture of openness, feedback and productivity with all stakeholders.Onboarding & Offboarding: Assist in the development, delivery and facilitation of a new onboarding journey and induction process at Redland, in conjunction with the Group Manager, across all levels of the organization and its assetsOversee the offboarding process for employeesProfessional Development & Performance: Assist and coordinate the development, delivery and implementation of a new Individual Development Framework at Redland, in conjunction with the Group Manager, across all levels of the organizationHR General Coordinate and contribute to the development, update and maintenance of Employee Files and HR systems, databases, policies and procedures and manage the upload of these documents, consistently, in line with document and data control requirements to Redland systems.Provide administrative support in relation to the HR portfolio, taking of minutes, maintain records, providing data to support preparing management and executive reports Preparing annual HR calendar with HR events/ acknowledgements, in consultation with relevant Line managers and business units Drive Health & Wellbeing and Reward & Recognition initiatives across our sites. About You: Professional background, experience & Qualifications Degree or TAFE Qualifications in HR or related discipline, or significant similar experience in HR coordination / HR administration in a fast-paced, multi-site business.Highly developed working knowledge of contemporary HR matters (i.e. Employee Relations, Industrial Relations, Diversity & Inclusion, Wellbeing), HR legislation (including Fair Work Legislation, National Employment Standards, etc.) and Modern Award legislation & interpretation High level of tech literacy is a must – High proficiency in Office 365, Adobe/Docusign, cloud based HRISExperience working in a complex manufacturing or supply chain environment would be advantageous
