Our dream candidate will be an outstanding performer with recent experience in Human Resources (administration or coordinator), who is looking to work in a rewarding environment where they can grow as an individual, but also contribute to the successful growth of our Place people and businesses.

Be prepared to be pulled in several directions, whilst supporting the needs of the 400+ staff members across 15 sales offices and our corporate function.
This is a full-time opportunity, available for immediate commencement (or we can work with your timeline) and will be based at our beautiful Head Office located on James Street, New Farm.
Responsibilities: Work in conjunction with our internal recruiter for your portfolio's recruitment efforts including taking client briefs, participating in interviews where required, managing job offers and rejections.Manage the employee onboarding process, including preparing new hire documentation, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to foster a positive workplace culture and increase employee satisfaction and retention.Administer employee offboarding processes, including conducting exit interviews and ensuring a smooth transition out of the company.Facilitate professional development opportunities for employees, including training sessions and career advancement programs.Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.Requirements:Certificate IV or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.1-2 years of experience in a HR administration or coordinator role is preferred.Experience with recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and offboarding processes.Knowledge of HR policies and procedures, as well as employment laws and regulations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organisational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Benefits:Work in a great team environmentDream manager mentor programOngoing training & eventsSubsidised gym membership with TotalFusionIf you're ready to take your HR career to a new level, apply now!
