About the Role We are seeking a customer-focused individual to fill an HR Coordinator position. The position advertised is part time, working 2 days per week – 8:00 am till 4:00 pm (no weekends or public holidays). Happy to further discuss hours and days if required!
The purpose of the HR Coordinator role is to provide a wonderful people experience to UTM Global employees and leaders. This is achieved through effective administration and coordination of key processes across the employee lifecycle.
Duties and Responsibilities Managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle – recruitment, onboarding, learning & development and termination Maintaining up to date personnel information Processing fortnightly payroll (Employment Hero Payroll) Rewards and recognition Annual employee review processEnsuring management actions conform with Company Policies and Labour LawsReviewing policies and proceduresTracking employee performance Addressing personnel related issues WHS management – including WCOMP General administrative duties – i.e., assist in accounting, reception, tenement management, etc. About You Our ideal candidate will be intelligent with a high aptitude for learning new processes and systems with a strong interest in regulation and compliance.
