Consulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment) Contract/Temp
Isuzu UTE Australia (IUA) is the official distributor of the Isuzu D-MAX and MU-X range across Australia. IUA is undergoing a digital transformation programme and requires a HR Coordinator on a 24-month contract to support business growth and demand. Working in the Administration & HR Department in our Brisbane Head Office, this position will report to the General Manager of Administration and HR and is responsible for assisting the Human Resources Manager in providing generalist HR support to IUA. This position will be a key support to IUA's recruitment, learning and development program and operational matters.
About you We are looking for someone who has experience working in a corporate head office environment, is a team player, and is passionate about being a HR generalist. Our ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in Human Resources. You should be a strong communicator, both written and verbal, and bring passion and energy to your daily work with a 'can do' attitude to support other teams across the business.
About the role As part of the HR team at IUA, some of your key responsibilities will include:
Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and departure staff processes; Maintain the HRIS ensuring all employee records are up-to-date; Produce regular and ad-hoc reports; Manage HR inbox and ensure timely responses to managers and staff including support and advice on policy guidance and interpretation, recruitment, or leave; Draft documentation across all aspects of the employee lifecycle including position descriptions, letters, onboarding, and departure documents; Assist with the coordination of the learning and development program. The ideal skills and experience are: Completed Tertiary Qualification in Human Resources Management or a related discipline; Knowledge and expertise in day-to-day operational HR matters; Advanced Microsoft Office Skills particularly Excel; Excellent attention to detail; Strong communication skills; Good time management.
