As the HR Change Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of this transformation by leading change initiatives, supporting our teams, and driving the adoption of new HR systems and processes, including the rollout of Dayforce.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Change Management - Develop and execute comprehensive change strategies to support HR transformation initiatives across our global operations.
Stakeholder Engagement - Build strong relationships with leadership, HR teams, and business units, ensuring alignment and support for transformation projects.
Communication & Training - Create clear and engaging communication plans to keep stakeholders informed.
Design and deliver training programs, ensuring a smooth transition to new processes, systems, and roles.
Impact Assessment - Conduct impact assessments to identify areas most affected by the transformation and implement action plans to support smooth transitions.
Adoption & Reinforcement - Monitor progress, provide ongoing support, and reinforce new ways of working to sustain change.
Post-Implementation Review - Lead reviews to assess the effectiveness of change efforts, identify lessons learned, and implement continuous improvement strategies.
What You'll Bring:
Proven experience in managing change for large-scale HR transformation projects or similar initiatives.
Expertise in change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
Experience designing and delivering training programs for diverse audiences.
Analytical skills to measure and report on change adoption and effectiveness.
A proactive mindset with a focus on outcomes and delivering on commitments.
