About Us: With over 34 years' experience, Glad Group is positioned as a leader in the delivery of integrated property services across Australia and New Zealand.Job DescriptionThe Role: 6 Months Parental Leave Cover (October 2024 to May 2025)Reporting to the People & Insurance Manager of the Glad Group of Companies, the HRBP - T&D will leverage their expertise in training and development for identifying and assessing training needs, creating tailored training, and implementing various training procedures to enhance employee's skills and performance.
Key Responsibilities (Training and Development) Identify and assess training and development needs for People & Culture mattersCreate and implement tailored training and training procedures for all levels of the business on People & Culture mattersEducate, coach, and partner with the senior leadership team, managers and staff on People & Culture development goalsCollaborate with the People and Culture team and the wider business to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business resultsOther Responsibilities (General HR) Provide guidance and assist Managers with staff performance managementProvide HR expertise related to employment relations, take responsibility for the outcomes and deliver those outcomesProvide HR expertise related to industrial relations, take responsibility for the outcomes and deliver those outcomesThis role requires regular People & Culture related site visits which may include intermittent interstate travel.
Desired Skills and ExperienceAbout You: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or similar fieldMinimum 1 year experience in Training and DevelopmentExpertise in Microsoft Office Suite and HR platformsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organisational and time management abilities with a keen attention to detail and the ability to multitaskDeep understanding of employment legislation and awardsExcellent understanding of people challenges within the business #J-18808-Ljbffr
