$120,000 - $135,000 +super +10-15% bonus

The Role We are hiring a newly created HR Business Partner with a 60% focus on remuneration and benefits across the workforce to join a team of HR Business Partners in an established HR team (x10).
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to play a crucial role in advising, educating, and supporting the management team across a client group of c.250 people.
You will report to an exceptional, supportive HR Leader who leads by example and promotes continuous learning and growth.
In this visible and influential role, you will be a trusted advisor, supporting and coaching managers to achieve desired outcomes with your specific skillset in remuneration & benefits/rewards/compensation.
In this role, you will: Collaborate with stakeholders to recommend and implement beneficial solutions to workforce challengesEnhance leaders' capabilities in workplace change and support them with having difficult conversationsOptimise staff performance, productivity and engagement through coaching, training, and delivering workshopsKey Responsibilities 60/40 split between remuneration & benefits and ER/IREnhance and operationalise systems to improve functionality, reporting, and efficienciesWork with the Head of HR on a business-wide project around grading roles into a uniform structure, promoting consistency and fairness to promote and remunerate staffPresenting and reporting on awards/classifications, making recommendations to the business and working closely with finance around compensation budgetsEngage stakeholders in effective change management practicesCo-design and deliver on the HR Policy Framework and the performance management systemInterpret and advise on Policies, Procedures and Employment Relations related legislationEnsure employees and managers are supported through regular feedback and coachingAssist with the development of the HR Dashboard / Surveys to measure effectiveness and identify trends and potential issuesSupport the case management of grievances and conduct issuesExperience Remuneration and Benefits - essential - have performed specific data analysis on salaries/rewards/compensationStrong knowledge of Employment legislation (Modern Award, Enterprise Agreement, Fair Work Act 2009, Anti-discrimination Act 1977 and the Privacy Act 1998)Experience in developing HR Policies and FrameworksHR Business Advisory / Partnering experience across a blue/white collar workforceAbility to build trusting working relationshipsProblem Solving / Conflict Resolution skillsPerformance Coaching and Training experienceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong initiative, attention to detail, team player with a growth mindsetQualifications Considered Tertiary Qualification in Employee Relations, Business, Human Resources or BusinessCertificate IV in Training & AssessmentReturn to Work Coordinator – All States and Territories of AustraliaMember of the Australian HR InstituteHow to Apply Please send your updated resume in Word format as soon as possible and we will come back to you shortly.
