Hr Business Partner / People & Culture Manager

We are partnering with a leading Global Tech Retailer (300 FTEs) and searching for an experienced HR Business Partner or People & Culture Manager that is looking to make a significant impact!
About the Role: As an integral part of our client's HR team, you will report directly to the Local Director and lead a dedicated HR team, including 2 HR staff members, 1 Payroll specialist, and a Talent Acquisition Lead.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing HR strategy while ensuring effective HR operations.
In this role, you will: Oversee all HR operations, including escalated ER matters.
Support and contribute to the Talent Acquisition process.
Drive the development and enhancement of the P&C framework.
Create and implement initiatives to boost team engagement and performance.
Develop and manage training and L&D programs.
Coach and develop staff and stakeholders to foster growth and alignment with company goals.
Key Criteria: Proven HR qualifications and experience in a similar role with a background in managing diverse ER matters, including professional, retail, and blue-collar staffing.
A hands-on approach with a passion for contributing to strategy and HR operations.
Deep understanding of Australian HR legislation and best practices.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
A genuine enthusiasm for Talent Acquisition and the development of people.
Based at Homebush, you will have free parking.
The expectation is to be in the office 4 days a week and 1 day at home.
