Hr Business Partner

The Client
Our client, a multi-award winning global food solutions provider, is seeking a HR Business Partner.
This role is offered on a permanent full-time contract, based in Lance Creek.

The Role
As the HR Business Partner, you will work closely with business leaders and managers to deliver HR solutions, drive HR activities, and support employee engagement, including:
Partner with managers and supervisors to support employee performance, development, and accountability.Provide timely front-line HR support and guidance on escalations, policies, and transactional activities (e.g., absentee management, exit interviews).Deliver accurate HR reporting to inform operational decisions, identify risks, and drive improvements.Coach managers on performance management, engagement initiatives, and talent development plans.Collaborate on employee engagement, policy implementation, and HR project management (e.g., restructuring activities).Ensure consistent approach to IR/ER investigations and disciplinary outcomes across the business.Requirements:
Ideally, you have experience in a manufacturing environment and similar role:
HRBP experience or similarDemonstrated experienceStrong knowledge of IR legislation, interpretation and applicationExcellent judgement, drive and initiativeStrong interpersonal skillsBachelor's degree in HR/Business or similar (desirable)About FIP Group
