We're shaking up the home insurance industry and looking to expand our team.The low downAs HR Business Partner, you'll report directly to Honey's COO and work hand-in-hand with senior leaders across the business to support their team's performance and engagement. You'll help fine-tune our people processes to ensure we're set up for effective, sustainable growth, creating an environment where everyone can thrive and feel supported as they grow with Honey.Take ownership of our established people strategies and find innovative ways to align them with business growth, ensuring they remain impactful and future-ready.Refine every stage of the employee experience - from onboarding and performance to offboarding, making each touchpoint seamless and memorable.Empower the recruitment team with clear direction, set priorities, and ensure progress aligns with Honey's bold growth goals.Partner with leaders to unlock the full potential of their teams, providing expert support on employee development, performance management, and conflict resolution.Collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate documentation and reflection of all HR records, including role changes, promotions, and remuneration reviews, in upcoming pay runs.Review, fine-tune, and future-proof policies and processes to remain agile, compliant, and ready to scale as Honey grows.Champion initiatives that elevate employee engagement, foster wellbeing, and strengthen retention, creating a workplace where people are excited to thrive.Monitor key HR metrics and present meaningful insights to guide leadership's strategic decision-making.Collaborate with leadership to continually nurture Honey's vibrant, inclusive, and high-performance culture, ensuring it evolves as we grow.What we're offering:A market leading salary and annual bonus. You must be proactive, conscientious, creative and have a high delivery mindset.4+ years experience of Human Resources experience working with senior leaders and employees across multiple functions in a support and strategy setting role.Proven ability to align people strategies with business objectives and support leaders with people-related matters.Demonstrable track record working with organisations to create amazing people experiences.You know how to handle ongoing requests from customers, partners and stakeholders to ensure the right opportunities are focused on.Outstanding communication skills whether that be written, spoken or presenting to a group.
