Location: South West Wales Hybrid

You will play an integral role in the People team, developing a partnership role with managers and key stakeholders.
Responsibilities:Provide guidance and advice within your business area on a range of complex HR issues.Lead and manage projects.Support department and company initiatives in line with strategy.Play a leading role in culture change programmes.Build key external relationships, working with a collaborative approach.What you will need:Excellent knowledge of HR disciplines, employment legislation, and working with policies and procedures.Excellent standard of IT literacy and experience in using HR systems.Experience in managing complex cases.Self-motivated, organised with strong time management, and delivery focused.CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent.Be prepared to travel by car to offices as required.Our Mission:To build a better future by focusing on people with learning disabilities and their families in Wales.
