As our HR BP, you will partner with the feedlot leadership team to provide generalist HR services which support key business objectives, a high-performance culture and employee engagement.Your key responsibilities will include:Acting as the direct HR point of contact for the Caroona Feedlot team for the full employee lifecycleProviding HR advice, coaching and support to leaders and team members in a timely and professional mannerSupporting the implementation of Group and/or Northern strategic HR initiativesManaging end-to-end recruitment and branding activities including career fairs and community engagement eventsManaging end-to-end recruitment, selection and onboardingSupporting talent and succession activities, including JBS Performance CycleProcessing employee variations and other employee data changes through SAP and issuing appropriate documentation to employees and payrollLeading workplace investigations and supporting managers with performance managementSupporting a positive industrial relations environmentCollating, analysing and providing recommendations based on HR data e.g. turnover, absenteeism and workers' compensationAbout YouTertiary qualifications (or as a minimum, Diploma) in HR or related disciplineDemonstrated experience (ideally 5 years) of generalist HR experienceDemonstrated ability in managing varied and conflicting demands to agreed standards and timelines in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentAdvanced verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrated ability to work autonomously, whilst also being a collaborative team memberHighly proactive, with a focus on continuous improvement and efficiencyExcellent attention to detailDemonstrated computer literacy in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook, and generally technologically savvy
