Duration: 12 Months
Work Arrangement: Minimum 4 days in the office
The role An opportunity exists for a proactive and enthusiastic individual to join our People and Culture team on a 12 month fixed term contract. You will have an opportunity to drive change and have immediate impact on critical and strategic projects. This role is responsible for providing key operational and strategic change management and supporting our transformation program by developing and renewing new P&C functions, policies and frameworks.
What we are looking for Working in collaboration with the People team, research, define and build a number of projects - such as but not limited to:
New WSA Onboarding program to enhance the employee induction experienceSystem Automation - starting with the implementation a rostering systemManage internal intranet upgrade and contentHR Data retention and compliance across both retail & wholesaleDevelop & Implement moduled HR 101 employee lifecycle training for ManagersProvide support for the implementation of people, culture, and engagement strategies.Review, refresh, develop and implement effective HR procedures and programs to support the employee life-cycle (i.e. exit processes, Intranet, etc).Undertake a full review and harmonization of all HR policies and procedures and document.Support growth initiatives and cultural integrationsBenefits of working with WSA A competitive remuneration packageOngoing training and continuing professional development to support your career growth and opportunities.Clinic incentives available throughout the yearPaid Parental LeaveHearing Aid Benefits available to Employees, Family and FriendsAccess to Employee Assistance Program (EAP) at no costYou will be joining a business with an industry high NPS score, our customer centric care is at the forefront of everything we do.Sounds wonderful?
