Salt search is partnering with a well-established creative and digital marketing agency that has a great brand across the world. We are urgently recruiting for a HRBP who wants to take their next steps and looking to make an impact or HR Manager in this space.
About the Role: Reporting to the local Operations Director (who has been in the business for 15 years plus), you will be able to add value from Day 1 by being the HR Lead to help coach and develop your small team.
In this role, you will:
Oversee all HR operations, including escalated ER matters. Be hands-on with operations. Support and contribute to the Talent Acquisition process. Drive the development and enhancement of the P&C framework. Create and implement initiatives to boost team engagement and performance. Develop and manage training and L&D programs. Coach and develop staff and stakeholders to foster growth and alignment with company goals. Key Criteria: Proven HR qualifications and experience in a similar role with a background in managing diverse ER matters. Experience working with creative stakeholders and understanding of digital marketing. A hands-on approach with a passion for contributing to strategy and HR operations. Deep understanding of Australian HR legislation and best practices. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. A genuine enthusiasm for Talent Acquisition and the development of people. Based in Sydney and offering free parking spaces.
The expectation is to be in the office 4 days a week / 1 day at home.
Salary: $150k - $160k + Super (negotiable based on experience).
