HR Advisor We are currently working with a Tier 1 mining company who is looking to engage an experienced HR Advisor.
Location: Perth, possible site visits.
Duration: 6 months with the possibility of extension.
About the Role: We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Advisor to join our client's team during a significant period of change and restructuring.

As part of the HR team, you will report directly to the HR Leadership team and play a crucial role in partnering with the business throughout this transformation.
Key Responsibilities: Manage, support, and develop a team of HR professionals across a large portfolio.
Align operational and transformational objectives, working closely with the Iron Ore leadership team.
Build awareness and influence key stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of the evolved HR model across the organisation.
Demonstrate strong knowledge of shared services operations, including payroll and human resource processes.
Be flexible and adaptable, able to cover a wide range of focus areas and operate at multiple levels of detail.
Manage high-volume, high-impact workloads while balancing complex stakeholder relationships within matrix structures.
Provide coaching to business leadership, helping to enhance effectiveness in people-related activities.
Lead and implement internal projects and initiatives, such as continuous improvement and standardisation, in alignment with the People Services Regional Operations team.
About You: To be successful in this role, you will have: Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related discipline.
Proven ability to effectively manage key stakeholders and influence business leaders.
Extensive experience managing and implementing change at the business level.
Hands-on experience in planning and executing complex change programs.
Ability to assess organisational change complexity and recommend appropriate efforts, capabilities, and resources to ensure success.
Demonstrated leadership ability, with experience navigating, facilitating, and coaching leaders and team members.
Significant experience in a Generalist HR role, preferably with site-based HR experience in the resources sector.
Advanced Excel skills and the ability to analyse large datasets and provide insights to various stakeholders.
Proficiency with SAP, Workday, and other HR systems, with a strong focus on data management and accuracy.
Experience in case management, coaching managers, and driving change implementation.
