The Opportunity: Urbis has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Consultant/Senior Planner to join our Planning team in Perth!
In this role you will provide a range of services including advice relating to land use, development capability, due diligence assessments, masterplans and the development and subdivision approval processes.
As a Senior Consultant you will bring leadership, credibility and professionalism to the role, as well as build and maintain new and existing relationships with clients.
You will: * Provide a high range of services including advice relating to land use, development capability, due diligence assessments, master plans, the approval process and management; * Develop client relationships by building trust, providing quality advice and managing expectations; * Write submissions, proposals and advice that accurately reflects the client's needs; * Manage small to medium size projects, including scoping and costing of projects, track job costs and coordinate consultants and sub-consultants, when necessary; * Contribute to the development and implementation of quality assurance and the Planning team's Business Plan; * Work alongside other professionals on a range of multi-disciplinary projects, work to specification, to deadlines, within budget and with a commercial outcome; * Promote the firm and its services to create business opportunities; * Prepare weekly timesheets and input to monthly accounts; About you: * You hold tertiary qualifications in Regional and Urban/Town Planning or related discipline Why Urbis?
