About the role
An exciting opportunity awaits a Lead Civil Designer to join the Stantec team, based in our Perth CBD office. In this role, you will be a key contributor within our Energy & Resources division , leading both local and offshore design resources.
The position focuses on delivering a suite of sustaining capital projects for our key clients. We need someone with strong leadership skills to manage diverse teams, oversee design tasks, and maintain project standards. You will play a critical role in ensuring successful collaboration between local and offshore teams while driving project outcomes.

Qualifications
To be successful for this role you'll need:
Tertiary / Vocational education in Civil Drafting &/or Design; Extensive 12D design experience required; Bentley OpenRoads and MicroStation; Minimum 8 years' experience in Mining Industry design, particularly bulk earthworks projects; Haul road design expertise; Strong leadership skills; Excellent written and verbal communication skills with great attention to detail; Ability to prioritise workloads to meet deadlines; and Positive, can-do attitude.
