We are seeking a dynamic and skilled HR Advisor to join our client, a respected medium-sized organisation in the Disability Support sector, located in Bankstown. This full-time, permanent position is designed for an HR Advisor eager to embrace new challenges and make a meaningful impact within the Disability sector.This position reports to the Head of P&C and involves managing a wide range of HR functions. Your responsibilities will include handling employee relations matters, offering guidance on HR policies and award interpretation, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.Key Responsibilities:Employee Relations Management: Address and resolve employee relations issues and provide expert advice on HR policies and award interpretation.Policy and Award Guidance: Develop and review HR policies and ensure compliance with SCHADS awards and other relevant regulations.Training and Development: Lead and monitor training programs to promote continuous professional growth and competency.Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and morale, and create effective retention strategies.Administrative Support: Assist with administrative and office management tasks to support the management team.Qualifications:Educational Background: Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or a related field.Professional Experience: At least 2-3 years in a Generalist HR role, preferably within the Disability Support sector or a similar field.HR Expertise: Strong understanding of HR practices, award interpretation, and compliance, particularly related to SCHADS awards.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.Organisational Skills: Exceptional ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Sector Experience: Background in disability support or community services is essential.If you are ready to take on this rewarding role and make a difference, we encourage you to apply now!#J-18808-Ljbffr
