HR Advisor | Permanent Opportunity | South Brisbane LocationYour new companyThis organisation operates in the services industry and prides itself in fostering an environment where each employee is valued, and professional growth is supported.Your new roleWorking in a small team, reporting to the P&C Manager, your role as P&C Advisor will include:Providing support with performance management processes and investigations.Providing generalist HR support and guidance around professional development, recruitment, HR policies and processes.Partnering with key stakeholders across a number of sites around talent attraction, recruitment, onboarding, and providing guidance on policies.Managing end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and talent attraction for your sites.General HR administrative responsibilities such as change of employment letters, statements of service, and employment contracts.Contributing and supporting projects alongside the P&C Manager and the team of P&C Coordinators.Visiting different sites to build strong relationships and collaborate with your key leaders.What you'll need to succeedYou will have at least two years of HR generalist experience, understanding, and ideally experience with performance management and investigation processes. You will have skills across recruitment, be able to multitask, build relationships, and have a collaborative team approach.What you'll get in returnBased in their head office in South Brisbane, you will receive a base salary between 80 - 90k + super. You can work from home one day each week and can also work from any of their centres at locations across Brisbane.
