Position Overview We seek a motivated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator focusing on reporting, system administration, learning & development, performance and communication.
In this role, you will design, develop, and implement systems, reporting dashboards and execute our company employee training and communication strategies.
We are a small team in a fast-paced environment, so the willingness to jump in and help others is paramount to your success in this role.
Roles and Responsibilities Develop, coordinate and deliver system and reporting enhancements including HR dashboard, rostering and reporting Coordinate and drive HR projects with the broader HR team Support the creation and distribution of internal communications, ensuring alignment with company strategy Coordinate logistics for training sessions, workshops, and other learning events.
Implement, maintain and update learning management systems (LMS) with current training materials and records.
Experience with Go1 will be well regarded.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and metrics.
Collaborate with HR and other departments to identify learning needs and develop relevant content.
Assist in producing communication materials, such as newsletters, intranet updates, and announcements.
Provide ad hoc HR generalist co-ordination and administration Skills and Experience Qualifications in Human Resources, Systems Communication, or relevant 2-4 years of experience in HR, learning and development, or internal communication.
Experience in driving data and systems projects forward Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organisational and project management abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across the organisation.
Creative thinker with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Experience with graphic design tools and content creation software is a plus.
